Apply for the ICMI Membership's 2008 Global Call Center of the Year Award
Detailed instructions for applying are in the online application form. All potential applicants are strongly urged to download and review the printable PDF version of the application form before proceeding further.
To apply for our award, you need to do the following by noon Eastern on Friday, March 14, 2008:
- Pay the application fee of $299 (which includes 1 year of ICMI Membership). Note: Call centers with a current ICMI Member on the management team do NOT have to pay the application fee.
- Fill in, sign and fax back the Release Form
- Complete the online application form
- Optional, for extra credit: Submit a 3-minute video about your call center
Our selection committee will evaluate all applicants and notify those who have been chosen as Semi-Finalists by Monday, April 14, 2008. Then, SEMI-FINALISTS ONLY must submit the following by noon Eastern on Friday, May 2, 2008:
- Organization chart(s) for the call center, showing how it fits into the overall organization
- 2007 monthly performance reports
- 2007 monthly quality reports
- Quality monitoring form
- Most recent customer satisfaction survey and results
- Most recent employee satisfaction survey and results
- 1 month of interval level data (specifics to be detailed for officially notified semi-finalists)
- 2 years of monthly metrics entered in the Semi-Finalist Call Center Performance spreadsheet

With the exception only of optional video submissions, ICMI will keep the contents of the application confidential, and will not disclose information contained in the application absent consent from the applicant. However, ICMI shall have no obligation to preserve the confidentiality of any information which (i) was previously known to ICMI free of any obligation to keep it confidential, (ii) Is or becomes publicly available by other than unauthorized disclosure by ICMI; (iii) Is independently developed by ICMI without reference to the application information; or (iv) Is received from a third party whose disclosure to ICMI would not violate any confidentiality obligation.
